Senior Pastor, David Cartwright
Pastor Dave comes to Cross Roads UMC from Faith United UMC in Richwood, West Virginia. He has been in the Ministry of Christ for over twelve (12) years. He received his license as a pastor in 1998, and was ordained as an Elder in the United Methodist Church in 2007.
Dave was born and raised in Huntington. He is a graduate of Huntington East High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marshall University and a Master of Divinity degree from United Theological Seminary. Dave is married to the former Sherrelle René Tunnell. Their children are Daniel, Elizabeth, Sarah and Johanna.

Associate Pastor, J. William DeMoss
J. William DeMoss, associate pastor was born and raised in Clarksburg, WV where he met his wife Mary. They graduated from Roosevelt Wilson High School and WV Wesleyan College together. Bill continued his theological studies in Washington, DC at Wesley Theological Seminary where he graduated with a Master of Divinity Degree. Rev. DeMoss has been a student pastor and full time ordained elder in the church for 49 years. He and his wife are parents of three children Mark, Mike and Michele. Also they have six grandchildren ages 5 through 21. Bill retired from full time ministry in 2003 after serving Christ Church Wheeling for 14 years. He has been part time associate at Crossroads since September 2008.

Minister of Music, Annabel Dayhoff
Annabel Dayhoff came to Cross Roads in September of 2000 after retiring as a public school music teacher in Ft Myers Florida. She was born in Huntington Marshall University

Office Administrator, Sarah BordersSarah is a native of South Carolina and a Clemson University graduate. She has worked for a variety of companies including an educational institution, Baptist denominational work, an accounting firm and law firms. Sarah has been in the office administrative environment for over 25 years.
She and her husband, Jack, have two children. Daughter Joanie is a Seinior at Marshall and their son, Drew, is a Junior at North Carolina State University. They have called the Huntington area home for 9 years.

Director of Child Care Ministries, Pam DeMoss
Pam came to the B.A.S.E. program in January of 1990. She has helped to create a Childcare program which now has thirty-two Infant-Toddlers, thirty-two 2-3 year-olds, and twenty-four 4 year-olds. The After-School Program has grown to accommodate 115 children. Pam has 3 children, Andrew, Patrick and Nathan. Pam's diligent efforts are greatly appreciated and help to make this program a successful one.

Director of Contemporary Service, Gail Phillips
Gail and her husband Don, have two children, Dan and Matt. Gail helped to start the Contemporary Worship Service here in 2005 at Cross Roads. In addition to directing the service she is the director of the Praise Band. Her son Dan, plays guitar in the band.

Children's Ministry and Assistant Choir Director, Jen Parsons
Jen Parsons wears several different "hats" here on our staff here. She is the Children's Ministry coordinator as well as the choral director for the Chancel Choir. She and her husband Sean are the proud parents of twins.

Custodial Service, Betty Holley
Betty came to Cross Roads in 2000. She is a vital part of the staff here and keeps all our offices and spaces spotless. Betty has 4 children and 12 grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys playing with grandchildren, playing cards, traveling and relaxing.

Child Care Cook, Teresa Smith
Teresa has been the cook here at Cross Roads for years. She and her husband have been married for years and between them they have children and grandchildren.
Everyone enjoys her cooking and her kind and friendly nature. The children especially like her spaghetti! (We adults like it too!)
